This album contains 16 songs, 13 of which were solo-written by Don Tomlinson. Of the other three, “My Heart Only Hurts When It Beats” and “The Meaning Of Hurt” were written with his long-time cowriter Jon Ingram, and “Blue Black And Green” was written with Cheryl Clements. All these songs appear elsewhere on this site but were collected here to set them apart as health-related; some health-related in the physiological sense, but most health-related in the emotional sense.
